Hit Pineview with Rick. We had to search a little harder this time for the perch, but when we finally found them it was FISH ON!

 Small but tasty perch fillets.

Deep Creek 01-05-2013

Rick and I went back up to Deep Creek where we wet up with Bruce for our first fishing trip of 2013. Bruce had already caught some Bow's before we arrived. It was a slow fishing day for us.

 

 

 The ice had gotten a lot thicker since last time we were there and it was nice to have Bruce's power auger.

Deep Creek 12-29-2012

Rick and I went to Deep Creek to fish with Bruce, his son Tom, and brother Matt.

In the afternoon it started warming up, and it got a little slushy.

I ended the day with this nice Rainbow.

Chesterfield 10-20-2012

Rick and I went to Chesterfield a week after I had fished it. We fought the wind most of the day, but was able to hook into a few nice ones.

 

 

After a little break we decided to wade out, and cast, this technique actually worked very well. 

 

 

 

 

Soldier Creek Re. 09-29-2012

Rick and I Fishing Soldier Creek Reservoir, it was a lovely fall day.

 

Rick started catching Rainbow right away. 

We caught mostly Rainbows, with a few Cutthroats mixed in. 

 

Best fish of the day, this Rainbow Rick caught. 

 

Dinner 

This was my new trucks first fishing trip.
